We ship to all major Canadian and US cities and towns, with some very rural areas excluded from free shipping. Wherever free shipping is excluded for our customers, we always work to find a way to help and extend the best shipping rates possible using our North American shippers, (USPS, Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc).

Ground shipping is included for all wholesale orders over $300 (before taxes). For orders not meeting the $300 minimum to qualify for free shipping, a $20 flat rate (USD or CAD) shipping charge will apply. We do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible, but please allow 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed for it to leave our warehouse.

For our US towel and linen orders, shipping times range from 2-10 business days. We ship out of Vancouver, Canada so shipping to Seattle or Los Angeles will usually be a faster delivery than any order for Dallas, or the East Coast with Toronto, New York or Miami placed orders.

 Mehvarz accepts all major credit cards—Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and Discover—securely processed via Stripe. We also accept PayPal, and for Canadian customers, Interac e-Transfers can be sent to accounts@mehvarz.com.

 After creating your account, please email accounts@mehvarz.com with a copy of your Sales Tax Certificate. Once verified, we will mark your account as tax-exempt, and sales tax will no longer be applied to your orders. You will then be responsible for collecting and remitting the appropriate sales tax in your jurisdiction(s).

Samples are available for most—but not all—items. A flat-rate shipping charge of $20 applies to sample orders, unless they are included in an order totaling $300 or more.

We offer samples to ensure you receive exactly what you’re looking for before purchasing in volume. If your subsequent order totals $300 or more, we will refund the flat-rate shipping charge as a credit coupon toward that order.

At Mehvarz, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase. For certain standard items—such as bulk gym towels or bleach-proof salon towels—we generally do not recommend ordering samples. However, for higher-end hotel towels and hotel sheets, we strongly recommend samples for larger orders, as personal preferences can be highly subjective.

To offer the best possible per-unit pricing on sample orders, we limit them to 1 unit per product.
