Return Policy

At Mehvarz, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of wholesale ordering, we have specific guidelines for returns and exchanges.


1. Sample Orders

  • Samples are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

  • A flat-rate shipping fee applies to sample orders unless they are part of a qualifying larger order.

  • Sample purchases are limited to 1 unit per product.


2. Wholesale Orders

  • Returns are only accepted in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Claims for defects or errors must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-cut or special-order products

  • Opened or used linens, towels, or bedding for hygiene reasons

  • Clearance or final-sale items


4. Return Process

  1. Contact us at info@mehvarz.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. All returns must be shipped prepaid unless the item was shipped in error or arrived defective.

  4. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment at no cost.

  • Once shipped, our standard return policy applies.


6. Responsibility for Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping charges.


Mehvarz reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
